Our Mission
Girls to Goddesses is a transformative movement for girls ages 14 - 18 years old, dedicated to nurturing self-love, spirit, and sisterhood in rising young women.
We awaken self-love as an inner compass — a remembering of worth that radiates from within, not something to be earned or performed.
We honor spirit as the quiet voice that lives both within us and beyond us: intuitive, wise, and always guiding.
We strengthen in sisterhood supporting our safety and sense of belonging, — where girls are witnessed, and never walk the path alone.

PILLARS

Self Love
She’ll be guided through meaningful practices that strengthen the most important relationship of her life — the one she has with herself. From this foundation, all other relationships begin to shift and deepen. In a safe and supportive space, she’ll explore her inner voice, learn to honor her boundaries, and begin to see herself as whole, capable, and worthy — exactly as she is. Self-doubt becomes self-discovery, and from this place, she’ll begin to recognize her unique value and step into the courage it takes to be unapologetically herself.
She will learn how to create healthy and safe relationships with other girls that strengthen her. She will do this by understanding the common pitfalls of envy, gossip, and comparison. This will empower her to turn conflict into connection, create community through sisterhood and allow herself and others to rise together.

Sisterhood

Spirit
Through the lens of awareness and simple, meaningful practices, she’ll come to understand that she is never truly alone. Whether she connects through nature, spirit, or a deeper sense of knowing, she’ll realize that guidance and support are always within reach. This connection becomes her anchor — something that steadies her, lifts her, and brings comfort when she needs it most.

Journaling & Self-Reflection
Creating space for introspection and deeper understanding of herself.
Empowered Womanhood
Exploring the beauty of being a woman, including understanding her body, her menstrual cycles, and the cyclical wisdom that connects her to nature.
Manifestation and Visualization
Teaching her how to connect with her hearts desires, use her imagination as a creative tool, and practice visualizing the life she wants to live—empowering her to believe in her ability to shape her own reality.
Communication Skills
Helping her express her needs, feelings, and truths with clarity and kindness.
Community & Sisterhood
Cultivating meaningful connections with other girls, grounded in kindness, authenticity, and support—replacing gossip with grace.
Emotions
She will discover that her emotions are not obstacles, but powerful messengers. She’ll learn how to meet them with curiosity, move through them with clarity, and use them as fuel for growth.
Inner Dialogue Awareness
Learning to notice and shift the way she speaks to herself.
Healthy Boundaries
Understanding herself and knowing that she is worthy of holding her boundaries to feel safe, respected, and empowered.
Confidence
Supporting her to become comfortable in who she is and to be unapologetically herself.
Self-Care and Self-Respect
Understanding the importance of taking care of her body, mind, and heart. Exploring yoga and somatic movement.
Self Expression
Encouraging her to be honest, creative, and clear in how she expresses herself in the world.
Relationships
Learning to treat herself and others with compassion, honesty, and respect.
What Makes Our Approach Unique?

What sets Girls to Goddesses apart is how we blend timeless wisdom with the real challenges girls face today. We draw from ancient traditions such as yoga, Ayurveda, mindfulness, Tantra, and earth-based feminine teachings—practices that have supported emotional balance, self-awareness, and inner strength for generations.
But we don’t just teach these ideas—we translate them into practical, relatable lessons that speak directly to the lives of today’s girls. Whether it’s learning how to calm overwhelming emotions, navigate friendships with integrity, or understand the cycles of their body, everything we share is grounded in real-life tools that girls can use right away.
Our teachings meet girls where they are—with language they understand, stories they relate to, and a sisterhood they can grow with.

Core Teachings of Girls to Goddesses

The Journey: Virtual and Live Retreat
In person event, held at The Journey Space, Glenn Echo MD
November 7,8 Daytime
Several Zoom group circles before and after  live retreat.

Pre-Retreat Virtual Circles
Before we gather in person, we’ll meet online in a series of live Zoom calls designed to build the heart of our sisterhood. These calls are a space to begin forming real connections — getting to know one another, and creating a sense of safety and belonging, while we begin exploring and learning. Together, we will begin the journey into the 3 Pillars of Girls to Goddesses. Through conversation, reflection, and community, each girl will arrive at the retreat feeling seen, supported, and ready to dive into the deeper teachings.
In Person Retreat
After weeks of connecting and laying the groundwork online, we gather in person at The Journey Space, Glenn Echo MD— no longer strangers, but a growing sisterhood ready to go deeper. With relationships already formed and the 3 Pillars of Girls to Goddesses gently introduced, the retreat becomes a powerful space for embodiment. Here, the teachings come alive through experiential practices, movement, ritual, reflection, and nature. Free from distractions, each girl has the opportunity to drop into herself, explore the work more fully, and integrate the pillars in a way that feels personal and lasting.
Post-Retreat Virtual Integration Circle
After the retreat, we return home — inspired, and carrying new insights into our everyday lives. The integration call is a sacred space to come back together, reflect, and reconnect. Here, we share how we’re weaving the lessons of the 3 Pillars into real life, celebrate each other's wins, and offer support through the challenges that may arise. It’s a reminder that the journey doesn’t end when the retreat does — it continues, and we walk it together. Sisterhood remains, growth deepens, and we anchor the transformation into who we are becoming.
